Jay-Z‘s New York nightclub, the 40/40 club, is being sued by Michael Jackson and R. Kelly for breaking music licensing laws. These two music stars along with a dozen other music publishers filed the federal suit because it entertained clubgoers with “unauthorized public performance of musical composition.” Oh well, this probably wont even affect Jay-Z at all. Even if he does get sued everyone knows he can definitly afford it!

Last night Zomba Records, who produce records for Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears and NSYNC, hosted a record release party for T-Pain’s newest album “Epiphany.” The party was hosted at Aer night club and guests included the T-Pain, The Shop Boyz, and MIMS. I was there and my party and I had to switch tables with the Shop Boyz when they came but it was all good because I liked them and we took a picture together afterwards. I had to whore out two of my hot blonde friends to get the picture with them though. Later my assistant danced the night away with MIMS and was propositioned by one of the Shop Boyz. My favorite drink of the night, called the “T-Pain Juice” was made of Hypnotiq, Hennessy and Vodka. Overall, it was one HOT night!

Lindsay Lohan crashed her car at 5:30 am this morning. She was busted by police and charged with DUI. Not only that but the LAPD is now revealing that cocaine was found in the party girl’s car. LiLo is in for some serious trouble now that she will face felony charges for the illegal narcotics found in the car on top of the drunk driving dilemma. Can’t Lindsay afford a driver? The consequences of this out of control party girl’s bad decisions seem to be even worse than just with the law. Svedka Vodka has now pulled out of their deal to sponser Lohan’s 21st birthday party planned for July 2-3 at Caesers Palace in Las Vegas. Isn’t she supposed to be in AA? Why is a Vodka company sponsoring her birthday anyway?

It’s one of my business partner Mike K’s birthday. We did this huge party for him at Stereo (where else? lol) We got 300 ballons to fill up the whole club, and the big celebrity guest of the night – Fergie came after her Z100 Zootopia concert and sang a couple of her songs at the club! Also Perez Hilton was there too hiding in the back corner booth obviously high on SOMETHING! I took a picture of him and two of my friends, he was nice at first, then I guess whatever he was taking kicked in and he started being an asshole (suprise suprise) to the girls cuz he was probably in a “__-hole” . But he does looks like he’s about to drool in the picture, lol kinda funny.

Other celebs attended the “Stereo by the Shore” party include Marc Jacobs, Sarah from America’s Next Top Model, Fabrizio Moretti of The Strokes, Keenan, and Elias Koteas from the movie Shooter (who apparently took my friend’s number and left her a vm… lol)

I get a call from my friend Lindsay (not Lindsay Lohan lol), who tells me that her cousin and her are looking for some place to go after going to the Georgia Rule movie premiere last night. So I’m like yea I have a list over at Marquee, and my friend says “Good, we are going to come with Lindsay Lohan after the company party at China Club.” I’m like what?? And my friend tells me her cousin apparently is the publicst for Mogan Creek, which produces Lindsay Lohan / Jane Fonda‘s new movie Georgia Rule.

So of course, I was going to make a special exception to go out since it is LiLo we are talking about here lol. But I started fading away quickly at night and was half asleep when my friend called me again telling me they are heading over to the club. I made a 2 second effort to get up, but I got lazy and just passed out. lol I must be getting old.

Then this morning, when I texted my friend asked her how the night went. She said she has videos of Lindsay Lohan dancing with Jane Fonda, to Mickey Avalon‘s song “Do the Jane Fonda“!! I’m like that’s like one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite new rappers!! I can’t believe I missed it! And furthermore, my friend said they went back with Lindsay and Garrett Hedlund (who plays Lindsay’s love interest in the movie) to the Four Seasons afterwards…

lol I guess there was only ONE SEASON at the Four Seasons last night, and it must be mighty chilly with the snow storm… burrrr…. lol

Since I was being lame and didn’t go out last night, I don’t have any fantastic pics of LiLo. So here are some recent pics from a British gossip magazine, from a leaked video of LiLo doing some blow in the bathroom stalls of the club Teddy’s in Los Angeles…

One of my favorite door person in all of New York clubs has to be Tim from Stereo. A club door guy’s job is to manage the line, and pick the hottest and most well-connected people to let in the club. You have to know who’s who, and you HAVE to be an ass to everyone else.

Tim has to be one of MY personal favorite. He runs the door at the club Stereo for all my parties. This is the guy that made my business partner Mike pay to get in MY birthday party, refuse to let in my best gay friend Dan because he was wearing a Bluetooth earpiece, or flat out says to me “the fat one is not getting in” in front of three of her super-model-esq friends. But you gotta love him. He’s good at what he does.

I just saw this video from the club Butter last night, with Diddy pulling up in an Escalade, and Tim looking intense, pretending to do his job. lol Click on the image below to play the video. The video itself is a little boring, and all of you may not care, but now at least you know his name and it’s the first step on shmoozing if you plan on getting into one of the clubs he works at.

There’s a new club in town called Runway, and we were asked to host the Grand Opening night. Guess who else came by and hosted the party? Non-other than Ashlee Simpson! Above are some pictures of Ashlee leaving the Ritz Carlton on her way to the club, and here’s also a video by TMZ showing Ashlee entering the club, escorted in by my favorite club manager Eugene.

Oh The Drama! So I’ve been holding up putting up this picture of Lindsay Lohan smoking and lifting her dress to show her panty hosed crotch to the world. This was from the same night when she came to our party at The Plumm to “DJ”. (see my previous post and more pics from that night)

So Gen and Rachel took this picture, and in really high resolution. I talked to the people at US Weekly and they were interested in getting the picture… EXCEPT some freak stole a low res copy of it (from facebook) and totally sent it to the big celeb blogger Perez Hilton and Perez totally put it on his site as his own with his watermark and everything!!!

So being professional and everything, I sent over a nice email letter:

“Dear Perez and staff,

I was just informed that your website is posting a picture of Lindsay Lohan that was copyrighted and belong to our company. The picture can be seen here:

This picture was taken on the night of March 15th at the club Plumm in New York, by two of our staff photographers. They are employed by our company… and we hold the copyright to the picture in question.

Someone must have taken the picture from our website and submitted it to you after cropping the picture and our watermark. Attached is a thumbnail version of the full picture, to show you that we are the owner of the original.

We respectfully request that you remove the picture from your website. We respect your work, and this has been an unfortunate incident I’m sure you didn’t intend to occur.

So what happened? Nothing!! Totally ignored my request. I sent the same email 3 times and nothing has been done! I mean I hear about Perez getting sued by paparazzi sites like X17 all the time cuz he just steals everyone’s photos with no regards to copyrights whatsoever. But this we are not a big corporation, this could meant a little bit of money for two girls that took the picture for me.

Total B.S. Of course now my lawyer has to send him a Cease and Desist letter, and I’m just posting the full picture on here now, cuz I have THE ORIGINAL and it’s bigger and in higher resolution than the one Perez has on his site. (click on the image above to enlarge). And my editor Carolyn just saw him this week in LA, he has blue hair now and he’s getting fatter…

Just make sure Perez don’t run into me at a club (or alley) in New York, lol. I might have to practice some moves from John Woo‘s Hong Kong gansta films.

It’s Saturday.  It’s The Plumm.  And It’s my friend Gen’s birthday party!!

Chris Noth (Mr. Big from Sex and The City) is one of the celebrity owners of The Plumm (along with Joey Mcintyre and Damon Dash lol)

So my birthday gift to Gen (lol not that I arranged it or anything, it just happened!) was like a 4 way make-out session with Mr. Big and two other of our girlfriends (one of which is my best friend Amy, um hmm)

So since it’s all in the same family, we are going to cut Mr. Big a little slack and not post any incriminating pictures up lol.

Wild nights at The Plumm!

There was a HUGE blizzard last night in New York.  I mean you can’t even WALK outside.  What do we do?  We get dressed up and go out of course!  lol.  We must be crazy but our “coffee shop” (you know in all the sitcoms there’s always a coffee shop or something where everyone hangs out at??) otherwise known to everyone else in the world as the club Stereo, lol, is only one and half block away from my apartment, so why not?!

The crazier part was that by the time we got there, our favorite girl Lindsay Lohan is there already!! Insane right? (I’ve also heard that her ex Wilmer Valderrama was suppose to show up to! but he didn’t)  So this is becoming like a common occurance now, that Lindsay Lohan shows up to every club I do… lol is she stalking me?  Maybe she checks out my website and find out where I’m going to be each night?  haha maybe not…

So there she was, dancing and jumping inside the DJ booth, sucking on a LOLLIPOP  and drinking WATER!! Hmm… I wonder what she’s on… lol.  There wasn’t a lot of people at the club, and her bodyguard was still going around and stopping people from taking pics and deleting pics from people’s cameras!  I mean I’m sorry, that’s just wrong!  If you are a celebrity and you want to go out and have fun but you want your privacy, then go get yourself a private VIP table in the corner and chill.  If you are dancing in the DJ booth going crazy in the middle of the club at the most visible spot, then you WANT ATTENTION and you WANT your pictures taken.

But she was probably high on E, so I’ll forgive you THIS TIME Lindsay!  lol I just went on TMZ and defended her yesterday saying she DIDN’T yell out at the Plumm for everyone to stop taking pictures (It was Samantha Ronson the DJ).
