Oh The Drama! So I’ve been holding up putting up this picture of Lindsay Lohan smoking and lifting her dress to show her panty hosed crotch to the world. This was from the same night when she came to our party at The Plumm to “DJ”. (see my previous post and more pics from that night)

So Gen and Rachel took this picture, and in really high resolution. I talked to the people at US Weekly and they were interested in getting the picture… EXCEPT some freak stole a low res copy of it (from facebook) and totally sent it to the big celeb blogger Perez Hilton and Perez totally put it on his site as his own with his watermark and everything!!!

So being professional and everything, I sent over a nice email letter:

“Dear Perez and staff,

I was just informed that your website is posting a picture of Lindsay Lohan that was copyrighted and belong to our company. The picture can be seen here:

This picture was taken on the night of March 15th at the club Plumm in New York, by two of our staff photographers. They are employed by our company… and we hold the copyright to the picture in question.

Someone must have taken the picture from our website and submitted it to you after cropping the picture and our watermark. Attached is a thumbnail version of the full picture, to show you that we are the owner of the original.

We respectfully request that you remove the picture from your website. We respect your work, and this has been an unfortunate incident I’m sure you didn’t intend to occur.

So what happened? Nothing!! Totally ignored my request. I sent the same email 3 times and nothing has been done! I mean I hear about Perez getting sued by paparazzi sites like X17 all the time cuz he just steals everyone’s photos with no regards to copyrights whatsoever. But this we are not a big corporation, this could meant a little bit of money for two girls that took the picture for me.

Total B.S. Of course now my lawyer has to send him a Cease and Desist letter, and I’m just posting the full picture on here now, cuz I have THE ORIGINAL and it’s bigger and in higher resolution than the one Perez has on his site. (click on the image above to enlarge). And my editor Carolyn just saw him this week in LA, he has blue hair now and he’s getting fatter…

Just make sure Perez don’t run into me at a club (or alley) in New York, lol. I might have to practice some moves from John Woo‘s Hong Kong gansta films.

There’s a new show on the CW called Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll. And guess who’s on there? My favorite artist that I’ve ever managed – Jaime!!

I met Jaime at MTV and signed her to our management company K2 Entertainment since she was 17. We had a lot of synergy and a lot of momentum in the company back then. I was just newly free after just finished working on getting Dream‘s single from their 2nd album onto MTV. We have this amazing Asian American singer girl that has a voice that can blow Christina Aguilera out of the water; we have a Soul/Rock singer guy that’s like a white version of James Brown and Lenny Kravitz combined; we have a rocker girl that’s can destroy Avril Lavigne…

And then there’s Jaime. She’s my favorite one out of everyone I’ve worked with. She has so much soul and texture and warmth in her voice. And she’s a genuinely nice person to work with or to hang out with. She’s from Philly so mom got her an apartment in the city to record with us and I was her manager, her friend, her big brother all in one. I still have some really awesome un-released recordings with her, including songs for a Christmas album lol.

So she went on the Pussycat Doll show (a little out of her norm, since she always said she’d never want to be in a group before). And she’s one of the better singers and dancers on the show, and the most drama-free (other than getting a stomach virus and puking in the first show lol) But Robin Antin, the creator and judge on the show keeps saying to her that she has a confidence problem and she needs to be more confident, and they keep showing whatever clips they have for that. It was getting a little ridiculous. I mena just because they can’t find any good reason to kick her off the show (since she has no drama, she probably doesn’t make for “good TV”). I feel like they really just forced this steroetypical “not confident” B.S. on Jaime for the show. Out of all the years I’ve worked with her, and all the A-list producers and people working at MTV and media, NOBODY has EVER said Jaime lacks confidence!

Well she’s better off not on the show anyway. I mean The Pussycat Dolls? Come on! To say that dancing in your underwear and singing “Don’t Cha wish your girlfriend was a Freak like me” is a bit of a stretch of “Women Empowerment”.

Next week Jaime should be back in New York after her interviews in LA. I think we are going to do an exclusive interview for her on my other site Kiwibox.com and maybe I’ll find some old music clips to embarass her a bit lol. For now here’s an interview from the CW.

It’s Saturday.  It’s The Plumm.  And It’s my friend Gen’s birthday party!!

Chris Noth (Mr. Big from Sex and The City) is one of the celebrity owners of The Plumm (along with Joey Mcintyre and Damon Dash lol)

So my birthday gift to Gen (lol not that I arranged it or anything, it just happened!) was like a 4 way make-out session with Mr. Big and two other of our girlfriends (one of which is my best friend Amy, um hmm)

So since it’s all in the same family, we are going to cut Mr. Big a little slack and not post any incriminating pictures up lol.

Wild nights at The Plumm!

There was a HUGE blizzard last night in New York.  I mean you can’t even WALK outside.  What do we do?  We get dressed up and go out of course!  lol.  We must be crazy but our “coffee shop” (you know in all the sitcoms there’s always a coffee shop or something where everyone hangs out at??) otherwise known to everyone else in the world as the club Stereo, lol, is only one and half block away from my apartment, so why not?!

The crazier part was that by the time we got there, our favorite girl Lindsay Lohan is there already!! Insane right? (I’ve also heard that her ex Wilmer Valderrama was suppose to show up to! but he didn’t)  So this is becoming like a common occurance now, that Lindsay Lohan shows up to every club I do… lol is she stalking me?  Maybe she checks out my website and find out where I’m going to be each night?  haha maybe not…

So there she was, dancing and jumping inside the DJ booth, sucking on a LOLLIPOP  and drinking WATER!! Hmm… I wonder what she’s on… lol.  There wasn’t a lot of people at the club, and her bodyguard was still going around and stopping people from taking pics and deleting pics from people’s cameras!  I mean I’m sorry, that’s just wrong!  If you are a celebrity and you want to go out and have fun but you want your privacy, then go get yourself a private VIP table in the corner and chill.  If you are dancing in the DJ booth going crazy in the middle of the club at the most visible spot, then you WANT ATTENTION and you WANT your pictures taken.

But she was probably high on E, so I’ll forgive you THIS TIME Lindsay!  lol I just went on TMZ and defended her yesterday saying she DIDN’T yell out at the Plumm for everyone to stop taking pictures (It was Samantha Ronson the DJ).

Is Lindsay Lohan stalking me? lol First I ran into her at Stereo last Friday, then last night she came to DJ at my party at The Plumm. haha, I think we’ve finally decided we need each other in our lives lol j/k.

She looks good with her new blonde hair. (btw I stop talking badly about celebrities’ hair since last time I trashed Britney’s hair online she went shaved it all off lol.) I blame my friend Chris Sealy for teaching Lindsay Lohan how to DJ last year (at Level V), lol. Good thing that it seems Samantha Ronson did most of the DJ’ing last night, with Lindsay kept bending over to pick out records (or doing something else??) for her.

I’ve got picture of her Drinking (see pic 1 above) what seems to be either a Red Bull or a Coors Light, lol. And picture of her smoking (will be posted later tonight, need to get it off my friend’s camera lol).

Apparently Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan was NOT allowed in last night. Securities were given specific instruction and pictures to make sure he doesn’t sneak in. lol I would feel bad for Michael if he wasn’t such a CREEP!!

It was all fun and games until Samantha Ronson got on the mic yelling “If I see another F***ing camera flash go off I’m going to stop the music, and I’m out of here!” Ewww… Who does she think she is?! lol Lindsay NEEDS me to put up the pics and get her in Page Six, and lol I do need her so I have something to talk about on here haha!

Hotness, as always

Viacom (parent company of BET, CMT, Comedy Central, DreamWorks, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, VH1 and more) filed a $1 billion lawsuit earlier today in federal court seeking damages from YouTube and its new parent company Google, claiming “massive intentional copyright infringement.”  Apparently there are more than 160,000 clips that’s produced by one or more of Viacom’s subsidiaries that have been made available on YouTube and viewed 1.5 billion times without Viacom’s authorization.

Viacom claims Google/YouTube are stealing “value from artists” and that they are taking the “fruit of our efforts without permission and destroying enormous value in the process.”

It seems to me that it’s counter-productive for Viacom to sue a website that’s giving free exposure and generate buzz for its already aired shows and programs.  I mean it’s not like Viacom is selling any of these clips and programs, they ALREADY aired and Viacom ALREADY got paid from sponsors for them.  Having 2 minute clips from shows only make people want to go out and buy the full DVDs when they come out!

So there has to be other agendas.  Viacom has been holding negotiations with Google/YouTube recently, presumebly to cut a licensing deal, and it seems that GooTube doesn’t want to pay what Viacom wants so this must be part of the strong arm tactic to get GooTube to go along with the deal…  Interesting…

It’s NOT Hot, and it barely drove Google’s stock down like 1% lol!

DJ AM came to DJ at Stereo last night. As usual the place is out of control cuz he spins some hot $#&!  At one point he even mixed in some Enya with some Hip Hop over it!  Nuts!!

And our favorite party girl Lindsay Lohan showed up.  She’s sporting a new blonde hair-do and I have to admit she’s looking pretty good!  Ahh it’s been years since we use to all hang out together, when I was neighbors with Christy Carlson Romano (of Disney’s Even Stevens) and Lindsay was just an insecure little girl doesn’t know what to do with her new found fame. lol the good old days downstairs inside the office of the infamous club Suede

Good to see Lindsay out again, I think she looks good as a blonde, don’t you think?

Me and The Team (my best friends Dan and Jackie) planned this snowboarding trip since like October and I almost forgot about it until a few days ago. Of course the first thing to do is go shopping for new gear! lol I got new Quicksilver ski pants, and new Burton ski jacket, and HOT HOT Oakley ski goggles. Haha gotta look good doing it even if I have NO IDEA what I’m doing!

So neither me or Jackie has ever snowboarded before, and Dan is a horrible teacher. I just start going and go straight down really really fast until I’m about to hit a tree or some kid, then I just fall hard to stop myself lol. This went on for about 3 runs and I’m getting beat up. But finally it just came to me and I figured out how to control the board to turn and slow down and S-surve and everything! Yay!!

This is a PopDish exclusive!! After John Mayor’s concert at Madison Square Garden, John Mayor and Jessica Simpson came hang out at my party Wednesday night at Stereo in New York. The couple was canoodling in the corner of the VIP room for the most part. Jessica was spotted earlier in the evening arriving at the airport, on her way to the concert. Amongst other noteworthy people spotted at the club are Papa Joe Simpson, and Alicia Keys.

John was actually pleasant at the club. But he dances in a very odd bizzare way… (just look at the pictures!) He seems to no longer hate me (or just no longer care enough) for the times I made fun and dissed him online. lol I did post both our Nike + running competition results online under the title “I Rock Harder Than John Mayor” (click below to see my score vs. John’s score), and I also did posted here on my blog that I thought him together with Jessica is not hot, during the time when they were denying they were going out together lol.
