PopDish Exclusive! You heard it here first! My good friends Rachel and Britney just spotted Victoria’s Secret supermodel Adriana Lima shopping at the GEOX flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York. For those of you who lived under a rock for the last 10 years, Adriana Lima is the amazing Brazilian model who became one of the top models in the world at the age of 15! She’s most famous for her work in the GUESS campaign of 2000, and of course, as one of Victoria’s Secret’s “Angel“s.

GEOX is an Italian fashion brand most famous for its shoes. They are the “shoes that breath”. Very hip and popular, even the Pope was seen wearing GEOX! There was a huge article in the Wall Street Journal about that back in April! I wear GEOX a lot when I go clubbing, I love these shoes!

About 15 minutes ago Adriana was spotted in the GEOX store shopping with a girlfriend (one of the black models for Cover Girl apparently). She was very nice according to my friends. She bought a $300 jacket with the fur hood (see picture above), except it was red, not white. She paid with her American Express Platinum, hmm, wouldn’t you think she has The Black Card from American Express already?? Maybe she should demand a better contract from Victoria’s Secret lol!

The Victoria’s Secret annual runway show was taped in LA a couple weeks ago, and it is airing on Tuesday December 5th on CBS. Mmmm… Can’t wait!

It is truely a sad day. I found out my favorite show Six Degrees on ABC got pulled off the schedule, as good as cancelled. So I got the news like wayyy late. I mean I should have known that a month ago when ABC first started airing back-to-back Grey’s Anatomy episodes in Six Degrees‘ time slot, then started to air Anne Heche‘s awful Sex and The City wannabe show Men In Trees. I just thought they don’t have the full season of Six Degrees filmed yet and they are still fliming and editing as we go. I mean it totally happened once already, when me and Amy totally walked through their set by accident during filming and saw the episode like 2 weeks later lol.

But sadly, the show is on hiatus. Technically it’s not completely cancelled. It just did so poorly in the ratings (down to a 3 point rating on the latest episode, really bad for a Thursday prime time slot, especially for following such a huge show as Grey’s Anatomy). It’s a really awesome show, but I think it might be too “New York” -centric and a tad hard for non- New York people to relate maybe?? Whatever the case, ABC pulled the show off its schedule for the remainder of Novemeber and December. For now the next episode might air in January, but ABC isn’t committing to a specific time. I did get the synopsis of the next episode though, even if it never airs… *snif*

Laura gets her first date since her husband died. It begins well, but when she and Andrew visit a gallery opening, Laura is shocked to discover a photo that Caseman took of her weeping on her front stoop as part of the exhibit. Meantime, Whitney is horrified to learn that her ex-fianci, Roy, has acquired one of her clients, which forces her to work with the man who broke her heart, and Carlos learns Damian’s secret about the shooting.

This explains why Jay Hernandez haven’t been coming to party with me at Stereo every Friday night. He’s probably busy looking for a new gig lol. For now you can still watch the last 4 episodes on ABC.com. It’s just so unfair when brilliant shows like this get cancelled when shitty shows like Nick and Aaron Carter‘s bs show finished it’s full season. PLEASE DON’T bring that back E! Pleeease!!

Thank God Britney Spears kept her coochie covered over for the last couple of days, I was getting sick of blogging about that… Now I can talk about things that I REALLY care about – me! lol! Well not exactly, but I did get some HOT new shoes!

These shoes are from A Bathing Ape. I actually got them at their NY flagship store in SOHO the week before Thanksgiving. Aren’t they HOT?? They are like $200 (not too bad compare to their hoodies and jackets which starts from $400 – $500 at least), leather and the gold part looks shiny and snake-skin-ish under the light. These are actually the most conservative looking pair they’ve got. All their other shoes are crazy colorful, looks like Nike Air Force 1′s but much hotter! I just don’t know if I could pull it off wearing those.

A Bathing Ape, a.k.a. BAPE is a Japanese urban/streetwear company. It was started in 1993 by DJ Nigo. It has developed such a cult following, it has spun off record label, hair salon, café, and toy line. In Japan and the rest of Asia, BAPE is the gold standard. In Hong Kong, a genuine BAPE T-shirt could fetch as much as $1,000!!

The reason being everything BAPE makes is limited edition only. And to the faithful, wearing BAPE gear represent membership in the BAPE culture and ideal. It’s just catching on in the U.S. mainstream, because celebrities like Pharrell Williams, Jay-Z, Fall Out Boy, Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Mandy Moore, Good Charlotte, and pretty much the rest of the Hip-Hop and wannabe Hip-Hop community is embracing it like wildfire.

Good thing the only real BAPE store is in New York, the rest of you suckers can just order all the knock-offs and counterfeit BAPE clothing on the internet! lol
